What's in this version
- Banners stripped — clean shot, no top title, no bottom name strip
- Cuts at start/end — no recording-start/stop dead time, full first and last word kept
- Word-by-word captions — bold TikTok/Reels style, white with black outline
- Background music — corporate-pop bed at low volume (-18dB under your voice), fades in/out
- Branded end card — 3s, photo + name + Melbourne FL Realtor + website + email
On b-roll
I tried to source Florida-realtor stock from a couple sources (Coverr, Pexels) and the available free stock is either generic AI-generated or doesn't match the closing-costs context. Quality stock that fits the script ("first-time homebuyers", "wall of closing costs", "$300k home", "negotiate seller concessions") isn't trivially available without a Pexels/Storyblocks paid account.
Two paths from here:
- You upload b-roll you have (you, walking up to a house, signing a contract, keys, your for-sale sign, anything Florida) and I cut it in
- I work harder on stock — either upgrade to a stock subscription or do more careful Pexels scraping for clips that actually fit
For now this version stands on captions + music + clean framing. Watch and tell me: is the music+caption treatment carrying enough weight that b-roll feels optional, or does this still need cutaways to feel finished?
